Collection: White - Traditional & Flavored

Unlike green or black teas, white teas are young, unopened tea buds that are hand-plucked and gently dried. This means that white tea has both higher levels of antioxidants and vitamins as well virtually no caffeine compared to black or green tea.

Due to this lack of processing, white teas are delicate and are best brewed with water that has cooled for about 1 minute after just coming to a boil. Recommend water temperature: 170⁰ - 180⁰ F. They only need to be steeped 1-2 minutes. Please note: images represent the flavor of the tea, not necessarily the ingredients.
