Green teas have about 25% of the caffeine compared to a cup of regular coffee. Recommend water temperature: 170⁰ - 180⁰ F. They should be brewed 3-4 minutes to avoid the bitter results of over-steeping. Please note: images represent the flavor of the tea, not necessarily the ingredients.
