Cocoa Powder Dutch

Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder with 10-12% fat content and alkali (potassium carbonate). Using Dutch cocoa in place of regular cocoa may or may not affect your recipes. Due to the ph levels, it is recommended to use cocoa powder if a recipe calls for baking soda. If your recipe calls for baking powder, use Dutch processed cocoa. Or experiment and see if you like the results of one versus the other. Organic
